Design + Direction For The Music Industry

What I Do

  • From the moment you hit the studio to the final show of your tour, a visual narrative runs parallel to your music. To truly capture the spirit and energy of your sound, you need a bold, cohesive visual identity. From single covers and branding to album packaging and merch, strong visuals are essential.

After seven years as a touring musician and a decade creating art and design for the music industry, I understand both the technical and creative sides involved. Let’s craft a visual world that embodies the sounds and stories of your next album.

  • They say not to judge a book by its cover, but let’s be real—we all do. The same goes for music. I want your album and single covers to convey the emotions and ideas of your music at first glance. From photo editing and text/logo work to full graphic design and hand-drawn illustrations, I’ll create whatever best suits your project. Let’s make sure your music looks as good as it sounds.

  • As a kid, did you dive into album booklets, reading lyrics and stare at the artwork and images? Maybe you explored the thank-you notes or hunted for hidden surprises. That experience was crucial to connecting with the music. With vinyl making a comeback and CDs still holding their ground, it’s time to elevate album packaging again. Let’s give fans the stunning art, compelling images, and insight to the stories within these songs. Together, we can create packaging that not only complements the music but also inspires and captivates the listener.

  • Whether its a classic black tour tee or an iconic illustration or photo tee, everyone's got that favorite band tee. You know the one, it's been washed x100 and is faded and worn to perfection. This is the hope for every design I create.

From a full merch line where each piece is coheasive and goes together as a seamelss collection, to a one-off design that is unique and custom, I've got your back.

  • Gig posters are a statement; about the music, about the show, and about the person who bought it. A good gig poster is supposed to represent a memory of an amazing show. From a simple one or two color screenprint all the way to a complex digital print, a screenprint can tell an incredbile story.

  • A logo and brand is meant to be storytelling - It's meant to be an extention of the music created by the artist, and it needs to embody the sounds and words expressed in that music. From a simple wordmark to a intricate icon, the brand should evoke the same themes of emotions.

A good album deserves good branding, and good branding makes the rest of the visual creation easier and more connected.
